Siarhei Vishniakou	8027876f9f	Refactor String8 to std::string calls DisplayViewport::uniqueId is now std::string, so change the calls appropriately. Do some additional cleanups and conversions. Derek Sollenberger	d938e5a2e2	Reduce overhead by combining libskia and libhwui into a single library.
