b/147829061 used View id to search for the next backward view. The
problem was that there might be several Views with the same ID in View
hierarchy, so it may return the wrong View with the same ID. To fix
that, ag/10111732 compared the View itself. The idea was right but there
was a bug in that CL. This CL fixed the original bug and the following
bugs.

Add the cache name to most debug messages. The cache name defaults to the
property name but can be overridden. Overriding the cache name makes the
most sense when multiple caches share a single proprerty. This function is
only called from inside debug log messages.
Wrap the default invocation of Query.toString() with a cache instance method
that can be overridden. A cache that uses a simple type (like Integer) for
its Query to provide nicely formatted query strings in the debug logs. This
function is only called from inside debug log messages.
Test: Created a test build using the hasSystemFeature() binder cache,
overriding cache name and the object query string.

- Layout of notif shade is no longer custom, so need to handle
insetsIgnoringVisibility on client.

* Introduced new logic that allows the profile owner of an
organization-owned device (COPE PO) to set the default
SMS application in the personal profile.
* Modified the API to be callable on the parent profile
instance if called by the COPE PO.
* When called by the COPE PO, the package provided
must be a system package, otherwise an IllegalArgument

This fixes an issue where IME wasn't visible in landscape with a
cutout, because IME window didn't cover full edge.
Also fix an issue where floating IME didn't work because alpha
was calculated the wrong way.

Motivation: if the Content Capture service want's to end the session, it
can close the read-fd, while not have finished reading, and that would
result in an exception in the system server, that can later be
propagated to the caller as an error.
Similarly, timeout of the sharing session can be reflected as an error
with a specific error code.
Test: built Android locally and perfomed a manual test.
