e5b03a179a Emulator: handle OOM and Protocol error cases 
- OutOfMemoryError can happen naturally if the size of the clipboard is
   too large to allocate. We should prefer to drop the clipboard data if
   we have a choice between that and crashing the system server.

 - OutOfMemoryError can happen unnatturally if the protocol gets out of
   sync with the host. This can happen quite easily if there is a caught
   exception and the clipboard monitor tries to keep on trucking, since
   the protocol doesn't have any built in synchronisation to catch back
   up to the start of the next message again. The only option to prevent
   that at the moment is to just close the pipe and reopen it in case
   of failure to understand something.

ab68e38786 Increase threshold for ESOS power button press detection 
If pressing power button 5 times is faster than 200ms, we will
not trigger the ESOS experience. This is unlikely to be done by human. The fastest recorded button press is 60ms so the whole esos gesture sequence should be 300ms or so. We are taking 200ms threshold to be conservative.

4b48ec4489 Send FSIs on ranking update when they are no longer suppressed by DND. 
This change allows notifications with full screen intents to show that FSI on a ranking update if they meet specific criteria (previously suppressed only by DND; not older than a few seconds; now no longer suppressed).

FSI on update only happens when the flag FSI_ON_DND_UPDATE is set to true.

de53131014 Fix Letterboxing for Transparent Activities 
We want a not resizable transparent activity to inherits
the constraints from the activity below. This allows the
transparent activity to be letterboxed.
The specific logic for transparent activities is enabled
when the config_letterboxIsEnabledForTranslucentActivities
flag is true.

b72e0002ac Make touchXOutsideOfQs require split shade to be enabled 
Also renames the method and adds doc. There were 3 calls to
touchXOutsideOfQs and two of the usages were also checking whether
split shade was enabled. Adding the split shade check to the third
fixed b/259591763. Since all usages are paired with the split shade
check, I've moved that into the method and renamed it accordingly.

d9aac37c80 Fix notification launch animation for split shade 
The launchAnimationParams contain global coordinates. These need to be translated to local coordinates, since the NotificationStackScrollLayout does not have its origin at (0,0) in the split shade case.

Test: Manual, i.e. posting various types of notifications and analyzing the animations in screenrecordings.

76ce5869fc Support back gesture to split pair in background 
Split screen will be dismissed right after both sides of the split
were occluded. So if users try to use a back-gesture to go back to
the previous split pair, it’ll be back to home instead of going
back to the split pair. This CL support the split pair in background
to make split experience better.

3426ed5637 Fix null surface crash when switch split 
This crash is caused by doble tap sometimes trigger onResizing at
same time. This might be gesture limitation. We should avoid doing
screenshot fade-out animation at such situation because its bounds
didn't change.
