3bc00f22a8 Fix launcher animates keyboard by wrong insets visible value 
Remove ActivityRecord#mLastImeShown in
InsetsPolicy#adjustVisibilityForIme. In case when the launcher has
requested to hide keyboard when launching the next app, after
backing to launcher from the app, the launcher still took the
wrong IME visiblity from WindowInsetsController#isVisible(ime()) to
show the keyboard again.

Test: atest KeyboardVisibilityControlTest
Test: manual as steps:
   1) Enable 3-button navigations
   2) enable 'Always show keyboard' on home settings
   3) Go to all-apps, open an app while the keyboard is visible
   4) Close the app with the central button of 3-button navigation
   5) Expect the keyboard won't be shown after backing to home

632fee011f Trigger face auth on lift, tap and biometric reasons to wake 
New PowerManager wakeup reasons were introduced (previously these were all encompassed by WAKE_REASON_GESTURE, so we need to add
these to config_face_auth_wake_up_triggers)

2ced65e8f0 Add OWNERS for VectorDrawableTest 
Without this, changes to these files require approval from top level
OWNERS. These are tests for the code sitting under
android.graphics.VectorDrawable, so use the graphics OWNERS. Model the
file on core/tests/coretests/src/android/graphics/OWNERS.

Starting from U, this method returns a config boolean and serves as a flag to implement the new wallpaper logic.

In T, it is just a stub method that always return false.

282aba4272 Reload the Ambient Light Sensor on Display Change 
This change fixes the multi display scenario - when the
underlying display device changes, we should reload the
appropriate ambient light sensor for the default display.

The getPackageSize function in the BackgroundDexOptService class will repeatedly calculate the package size

When calculating the size of the obtained directory, it is necessary to determine whether it has been calculated.

10770c1509 Handle unparsable public keys 
Handle the case where a KeyMint implementation produced an invalid
X.509 certificate that is the container for the generated key's public
portion.

There's not much for the caller to do other than re-generate the key.
