Remove non-updatable-* prefix from .txt files
...
The services/api/{current,removed,lint-baseline}.txt files used to
contain information for the merged system server stubs. Those files are
now created by the rules in api/Android.bp
('services-system-server-current.txt' and 'services-system-server-removed.txt').

Replace source based system server stubs
...
Use the stubs obtained by merging the system server stubs from
non updatable code in the system server, and the system server apis
exposed by mainline modules in SYSTEMSERVERCLASSPATH.

Uwb: Create a new Uwb system service

This thin AOSP service layer will trampoline all API calls to the vendor
UWB service.
In follow up CL's,
i. The AOSP service will perform all the permission checks
necessary for this API surface before forwarding the call to the vendor
UWB service.
ii. Similarly, it will perform necessary permission checks +
noteOp before forwarding the ranging callbacks from the vendor service
back to the apps.

Moved string-formatting methods from Slog to Slogf.
...
Slog is a core class provided by frameworks.jar, and these new methods
were causing performance regressions, so they were moved to a
system_server only class.

Create non updatable system server stubs

Separate out stubs from non-updatable part of the system server. The
ultimate goal is to create system server stubs by merging the
non-updatable stubs and the per-module stubs, instead of generating them
from the combined sources.

Add a system TextToSpeech implementation that initiates the connection through the system server.
...
This change includes the new System Service that allows the supervised binding to the TextToSpeech service provider.
It proxies the binding process from the client instead of the direct client -> texttospeech connection.

The intentention of this change is to eventually have per-jar file

As part of modularization of ConnectivityService and expansion of the
Tethering module scope, move service-connectivity.jar into the tethering
APEX, and load it from there.
This rolls forward the change. The original topic was reverted because
of a bad merged-in clause; this is fixed and re-verified in this topic.

The client submits a RecognitionRequest via MusicRecognitionManager. System server opens an audio stream based on the request and sends it to a MusicRecognitionService (which is exposed by a system app). The result is passed back through system server to the original caller.
