- Make sure udfps doesn't overlap notification shade
by giving it a 48dp buffer from the notification shade
- Start fading out the udfps icon faster when swiping
up to the bouncer
- Include now playing text in the buffer for the lock icon position

This CL reverts the status bar provider model behavior. It removes the
logic to show only one icon at a time, and removes showing the call
strength indicators.
This change keeps the Internet tile, and decouples SystemUI from the
system setting SETTING_PROVIDER_MODEL.

Test: test with a SIM and a Wi-Fi connection and there should be both
icons in the status bar and quick settings with this change. As
well as the Internet tile should stay (rather than going back to
the Cell and Wi-Fi tiles).

- Better position the large clock to support various display
sizes. Specs call for centering minus a slight adjustment vertically.
- Make sure notifications don't run into the indication area. The
prior padding was too small.
- Ensure a smooth transition between lockscreen and bouncer
- Fix the smartspace with large clock to not interfere with the dock
settings icon

The popup menu of QSCustomizer is ListItemMenuView
which apply itemTextAppearance for the text visual.
We customize itemTextAppearance in QuickSettings style
- Theme.SystemUI.QuickSettings
- @style/Control.MenuItem for popup menu text
to ensure the font family coud be consistent with
whole QuickSetings visual.
