ab9937f5f6 Synchronize the states of MainSwitchBar and MainSwitchPreference. 
MainSwitchPreference should synchronize the switch state of
MainSwitchBar.

5728b5be2f Create a main switch preference widget. 
Based on our ux spec, we create this widget to
let everyone can follow up our spec easily.

Test: Run robotest and apply this widget in Settings and see the ui
