Updated Update startService() and bindService() docs to mention that they
no longer support implicit intent. And mentioned that the Intellegent
job scheduling is now the preferred method for launching services.
We also performed a copy edit, implementing Google styles.

All test purchases associated with Google Play apps---both one-time
and subscription---now contain a blank "orderId" field. Updated the
documentation accordingly. Also removed the explanation about
canceling test purchases using the merchant center; a lack of an
"orderId" value prevents this workflow from being possible anymore.

the sandbox. Added this note both in the "testing" page and in the

In-App Billing Version 2 has been deprecated for years, and was
finally removed in January 2015. Removing its API docs and references
to those docs; there's a second CL (http://ag/782481 for redirects from
those pages to the v3 docs.

Saw a problem with the files' TOCs that was causing formatting
problems. While I had the files open, I fixed other formatting
issues--mostly just whitespace (paragraphs that were on one line
instead of broken at 100 chars) and a couple of other typos or HTML
errors. No substantive changes to the documentation.

Documented new support for users upgrading/downgrading subscriptions
in the middle of a sub period, and for users manually renewing
before the subscription period ends. Also updated testing docs
to reflect that sandbox now supports testing subscriptions, and
documented new "autoRenewing" field in INAPP_PURCHASE_DATA.

Noted in reference and integration doc that the token for Google Play
purchases may be up to 1,000 chars long, and the entire token must
be returned (not abbreviated or truncated) to any method that needs
it.
