The elegantTextHeight attribute of TextView was made public through
Java code, but the corresponding attribute wasn't public. This patch
makes it so.
This is a fix for bug 15428791 "elegantTextHeight is hidden (not in
android.R.attr)"

Tasks are persisted only if the client has the RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
permission. This applies to both periodic and one-off tasks.
Write out task as xml, using PersistableBundle for the extras data.
Todo: Add persistable bundle to xml when ag/468207 is merged.
Also added BatteryController logic.

* Improve documentation for REMOVE_DUPLICATE_ENTRIES
* Hide android.provider.ContactsContract.PinnedPositions, it will be
reworked and improved for L.
* Hide android.provider.ContactsContract.Preferences - we will rework
the various apps that are relying on this to use their own preferences
instead
* Remove inheritance of hidden interfaces in android.provider.Contacts

When the initial attempt to connect to the remote camera device fails,
fire the onError callback as documented, instead of throwing an
exception from open().
Also ensure the correct exception is sent when methods are called
while in the error state, and make sure onClosed() is called correctly
if closing the device after an initial startup error.

Cherry-pick over from master.
This changes the API surface area, deleting things we aren't releasing.
I'll do the internal clean-up at the same time I do the SyncManager
refactor to sit on top of the TaskManager.

Make sure that we clip the edge glow against the edges of the view and
not against padding. If we're clipping to padding already, this will
happen automatically.

If the same item is shared twice (or more) a new activity for
sharing will be launched each time. Previously the first sharing
activity would be reused.

When guessing whether a network is restricted or not (e.g., when
constructing a NetworkCapabilities object from an APN type, or
when constructing a request using startUsingNetworkFeature),
only assume the network is restricted if all the capabilities it
provides are typically provided by restricted networks (e.g.,
IMS, FOTA, etc.).
Previous code would conclude a network was restricted even if it
supported one "restricted" capability, so for example an APN
that provides both Internet connectivity and FOTA was marked as
restricted. This caused it to become ineligible to provide the
default Internet connection, because that must be unrestricted.
Also expand the list of restricted APN types a bit.

Currently, calling startUsingNetworkFeature for a restricted APN
type (e.g., IMS or FOTA) will create a request that requires
NET_CAPABILITY_NOT_RESTRICTED. Because these APNs are restricted,
when we bring them up we conclude that it does not match the
unrestricted requirement, and we tear them down.
1. Clear the NET_CAPABILITY_NOT_RESTRICTED capability when
creating requests in startUsingNetworkFeature.
2. Refactor the code to a common function so this cannot happen
again.

When DND is on, expanded panel shows the current time
condition, or time remaining. The last time bucket
selected is remembered as the default option for the
next time.
Move the server-side countdown helper into a proper
condition provider, but register it in-process as a
system provider.
Move common countdown condition parsing into ZenModeConfig
to reuse from system components.
Keep the manual exit condition around in zen mode config
and add plumbing for getting / listening to the
controller.
Keep the last QS detail panel around instead of
recreating it every time.
Fix the time condition's plus and minus button
enabling logic, and enhance the click handler to
deal properly with the next or previous bucket.

Make NetworkFactory a concrete class and divide responsibilites between it and NetworkAgent.
Factory will track requests and by default give a single connect/disconnect api for ease
of use. Then NetworkAgent is created and destroyed as needed with very simple logic.
