Behind a flag for now, while we work on animation issues and settings
Enable with: adb shell settings put system qs_media_resumption 1

370db8771d Controls UI - Handle 'not found' better 
Show a more informative error to the user on touch/long press about
how to handle this situation. Properly animate status changes.

294762c45f Always update PageIndicator visibility 
Even if the number of childCount of the PageIndicator matches the new
number of pages being set, update the PageIndicator's visibility in case
this is the first time PageIndicator is being set to visible.

Test: Reboot device, fully expand QS with more
than one page of tiles -> should be able to see
the PageIndicator

4cfb590a28 Screenshot - pass bitmap as bundled hardware buffer from Launcher 
When passing a screenshot from Launcher to Sysui it should be passed
as a hardware buffer inside a bundle to avoid copying the underlying pixels.

Change also adds userid and component when a screenshot is passed.

eb9e73a190 Controls UI - Handle activity dismissal from dialog 
When the task stack indicates a removal, from say the back gesture,
also close the dialog.

66bf45ffa8 Add new callback for when activity rotates 
Launcher needs to distinguish display changes
that result naturally vs apps that launch
in a fixed portrait/landscape rotation during
the quickstep gesture.This callback helps anticipate
if a subseqent onDisplayChanged() will
have resulted from a natural rotation or not.
