If binder tracing is enabled, we also output the class/method name
to systrace. This is the first step toward a system in which we could
show the full stack trace in systrace.

Switched presentation feature to use new window TYPE_PRESENTATION
and also add its own window token to the display the presentation
is running on. This is needed as window manager no longer allows
tokens to have windows on multiple displays.

transaction codes during binder generation. Correct transaction
Ids in IApplicationThread taking this into account.

Window tokens can now only be on one display, so we now require clients
that want to add/remove window tokens to specify the display they would
like the token to be created on. This simplifies the token handling code
in WM and will be useful moving forward for clients that want to add
windows to external displays.
Test: Existing tests pass

Add MAP client code into packages/apps/Bluetooth. Changes here are to
define the MAP MCE interface and enable its selection when running on a
device that is also running a PBAP client (Car Kitt).

Notify activity manager when dreaming showing state changed so
KeyguardController can update the occluded state when the device
is dreaming.
Test: Set dreaming while charging, wait until screen times out,
make sure that dream is occluding Keyguard.

Currently there is no way to get the profiles supported by the Bluetooth
adapter. Asking for a profile proxy of an unsupported profile does not
fail and can lead to code indefinitely waiting for the proxy response. This
new code will allow for checking the supported profiles before asking for
the proxies.
