Scrim will fade in after the PIP control's focus losing animation,
and will be gone immediately when PIP control gets focus.

It is intended to be the VPN key, but was accidentally
set to be one of the Zen mode icons. This patch updates
the asset to match the sys_stat_vpn_ic icon.

If a system VPN app specifies in its meta-data that it should use the system's
branded VPN icon instead of the standard one, the Quick Settings footer and
status bar show it instead.

In AAE, we would like to display the RSSI next to the regular network
signal of the vehicle (if it exists). Created a
ConnectedDeviceSignalController that will listen for bluetooth
connections and gather this information.
Introduced new FrameLayout in the status bar that will house this info.

Re-add scrim and shadows to cards.
This can happen on TV when an App is mid launch and the HOME button
is pressed. The Banner of the App is used as a fallback, with the
icon of the app as a final fallback. The icon should not be used
normally, since an App would fail review for not providing a banner.

* title color for system groups is now: "material_deep_teal_500"
* background behind shortcut keys:
** Now has 2dp rounded corners
** changed color from "material_grey_200" to "material_grey_100"
* the text items now have a minimum width equal to their height.
This means that now the text items with one character are always
the same (square) size as the icon items. Makes the UI look much
cleaner thus easier to read
* the line item now has a minimum height of 48dp and the content
is vertically centered
* minor variable renaming for increased readability

Introduces the ability to display a shortcut item as
an image (if it has a resource attached). Also added
vector drawables for: up, down, left, right, enter, meta
and backspace.
Note that accessibilty wise the drawables dynamically scale
to the height of the text items (which have the text size
set in sp).
