dbf5312511 Revert "Add Foldable feature flag" 
This reverts commit 821f43aa64.

Reason for revert: better fit:
- restrict the Package Manager feature flags to features for which the app developer would need to "target"
- typically hardware types should be mutually exclusive to each other

e1fc791cff [wv-docs] Document force dark default, and behaviour of FORCE_DARK_AUTO 
This adds a reference to the View method that controls framework force
dark, which impacts how FORCE_DARK_AUTO is interpreted. It also
documents that FORCE_DARK_AUTO is the default.

5e13b9428b Clarifying LOW_POWER_MODE_TRIGGER_LEVEL comment. 
The comment made it sound like 0 isn't used to turn it off in Q anymore,
however, 0 is still used to turn it off.

6b6f96de15 Zygote: Load system server code early 
In an effort to allow loading integrity-checked artifacts from
the dalvik-cache, attempt to create and cache the system server's
classloader early, while still being in the system_server_startup
selinux domain.

The advantage of this approach is that allowances for loading
from the cache are restricted to startup.

f095f3cef9 Remove interface for Scheduler. 
Per API council feedback, we are making changes to include only the
namespace in the system API defined in DeviceConfig.java. Strings which
define property names should be defined in code local to the feature
instead.
