This CL adds a <densityMap> element to the existing
display device configuration XML files. This can be used
to configure the logical display density per resolution.
Additionally densityMap can be placed in a default.xml file.
This config will be used if there is no per display configuration,
for example for external displays.
If there is no densityMap, the will fallback to the previous
logic and will get the density value provided by SurfaceFlinger
(which is the value of ro.sf.lcd_density).

Forgot to propagate updated flag documentation to all versions of

needed to include a link to system broadcasts (which has replaced all
instances of the term protected broadcasts).

Updating the documentation for registerReceiver so it's more useful,
specifies that the app needs to be targeting Tiramisu (not just
operating on Tiramisu), and adds information about system/protected
broadcasts.

This change ID will determine whether the OVERRIDE_MIN_ASPECT_RATIO override will be applied for portrait only activities (if enabled), and for all orientations (if disable).
Note that this change is enabled by default because it will need to be

This moves the main interface, which allows all internal
and eventually mainline APIs to live in the same place and
reference each other in code and docs.
A compatiblity interface called FrameworkPackageUserState was
maintained in the old location because a lot of _Info generation
code relies on it to wrap simple booleans and other getters.
Refactoring those methods to use direct parameters rather than
the interfaces was deemed not worth the effort, as there would be
a large number of new parameters and method calls to fix up.
This can be improved over time and maybe once parsing/_Info object
generation is removed from framework.jar, this compatibility
interface can be fully removed.
