59b5679730 Update bugreport dialog to DeviceDefault theme. 
By using DeviceDefault instead of Material, this UI is now
resilient to any platform-level theme changes.

0ec069ac6b Return empty set instead of null when user is not set. 
- Avoid iterating over null set when checking components for user
  that isn't currently active.  This can happen if the user is changed,
  and the enabled component set is queried before the set has been
  rebuilt to include components for the new current user.

526d73be4a AAPT: Don't keep processing files that failed to be added 
AAPT will continue ahead without reporting an error if a file
failed to be added to the ResourceTable. This would cause crashes
later when the file was assumed to be present.

6384878d69 Cleanup TwilightService 
TwilightService now just reports the current twilight state, it's up to
clients to provide their own locking mechanism (e.g. always day or
night).

e2279c6d23 Don't reset current thread's priority accidentally. 
If there's no RenderThread for the top app and FIFO UI is enabled, it's
possible to reset the current system_server thread's priority and
scheduler.

1c9977b762 Rename color transform to color mode and persist the value. 
Also, standardize on a set of possible modes for the displays to
enter and separate the configuration of the color mode from the
configuration of the display mode.

26bd4efcaa TetherUtil: Use ConnectivityManager for tethering 
In the past, enabling the SoftAP would cause tethering to happen because
of some unfortunate side effects.  This is no longer the case, and
using WifiManager for this purpose is not a good idea.

Test: Can toggle tethering on/off via all of settings, quick settings,
      and quick quick settings.
