Also speed up RenderNode creation:
Use finalizer() instead of NativeAllocationRegistry, this
shaves ~3us off of creation currently
Avoid instanceof, instead have SurfaceView explicitly ask
for updates.
Remove unused method call.
Test: ran benchmarks
