The root cause is that the letterbox receives touches within the whole task,
which made the primary activity untouchable.
This CL changes to make the letterbox only cover the secondary
taskfragment area

This change adds a null check before adding the current connection
pool path's parent to the list of directories, since the parent might be
null. This avoids an NPE in SQLiteDatabase.dumpAll().

A surface may no longer be available on callback, which results in a
Throwable exception. We've seen this mainly during tests. Capture and
log the exception to prevent a crash.

The old pipeline's WifiSignalController only sent updates to
MobileSignalController if the wifi info was carrier merged *and* wifi or
carrier merged was the default connection or the device was in airplane
mode. The new pipeline previously didn't check this default status,
which caused the new pipeline to keep polling the carrier merged info
instead of the normal cellular info.
Also increases the size of the connectivity buffer, since investigating
the BRs attached to this bug revealed that the buffer cut off too early.

Using the real wifi repo will let us send the same network capabilities
objects to both the default network callback and the normal network
callback in tests. This makes the tests more reflective of production
scenarios.
This is in preparation for the CL that fixes b/278618530, since that CL
will rely more heavily on updating both the default and non-default
network callbacks with information.

Currently shell is not aware of letterbox info of activity.
Especially PiP animation assume the surface is task which
should be put at 0,0 in either task display area or a
multi-window container after expanding.
By using a local leash, the position of activity surface won't
be erased by the end of pip animation, and the animation will
look better by including the area of activity offset.

The sound dose method already covers the volume based warnings that
comply with 10.6.5 of IEC62368-1. We do not need to implement the 10.6.5
requirements when sound dose method is enabled.

The surface was not unfreeze if the WindowContainer is closing and

I134c8c4e keeps a split pair in the background, the split layout might
not be updated properly if the next entering split comes with rotation.
This makes sure to update the split layout to show the divider with the
correct orientation.

If the frame of a non-fill-screen app window contains the content frame
of navigation bar, it should be able to decide the icon color of the
bar. Note the content frame here is the navigation bar area subtract the
display cutout area.

the icon color of navigation bar can be controlled by the app.
