c59a137df2 Polish entering pip from fullscreen with shell transition 
It was flickering by not considering the source hint rect
(offset becomes black area), non-scaled surface, and when
applying PiP bounds, the app doesn't draw with bounds change
synchronously.

Also pass source hint Rect for exiting pip animation so
the content won't be always scaled.

Test: Swipe an app uses auto-pip with valid source hint.

faed436740 Move Note Shortcut from Settings to SystemUI 
* Moves the Note Shortcut showed on Widget Picker back to SystemUI.
* By placing everything inside SystemUI, we do not need to give special
 privileges to System apps to by-pass any shortcut checks. That was
 required due to multi-process communication.

50db665776 Adding newlyConnectedKeyboard flow to KeyboardRepository 
newlyConnectedKeyboard emits new physical Keyboards that are connected to the device.

Other changes:
1. Because keyboardConnected starts to be confusing now, I renamed it to isAnyKeyboardConnected.
2. Extracting  inputDeviceListener flow to separate shared flow so that both newlyConnectedKeyboard and isAnyKeyboardConnected can use it without each registering their own listener.
3. Commenting KeyboardRepository flows
4. Adding tests for newlyConnectedKeyboard

c851ef6d27 On device lockdown, always show the keyguard 
Manual test steps:
1. Enable app pinning and disable "Ask for PIN before unpinning" setting
2. Pin an app (ie: Settings)
3. Lockdown from the power menu
Observe: user is brought to the keyguard, primary auth is required
to enter the device. After entering credential, the device is still in
app pinning mode.

Test: atest KeyguardViewMediatorTest

ff6a080e45 Remove temporary double icon workarounds 
The root cause of the double restart icon problem has been now
fixed at native level so we remove all the temporal workarounds.
This reverts what's done in ag/22162524 and ag/21096323

5448fcf5bb Clear FLAG_STARTING_WINDOW_TRANSFER_RECIPIENT properly 
This CL removes FLAG_STARTING_WINDOW_TRANSFER_RECIPIENT when removing
starting window. Otherwise, it will make us to abort any transitions
that the activity is involved.

Test: 1. Open WhatsApp.
      2. Open a conversation.
      3. See if there is an animation while opening the conversation.

9d86c08bf9 Add a comprehensive test for Notification.visitUris() 
This test uses reflection to find every available setter method on objects and builders and calls them (generating parameters recursively where needed). Thus it's a bit slow and possibly brittle (could be broken by new methods anywhere in the object graph that it doesn't figure out how to handle), but it should be comprehensive.

b1c2d729e3 Change unfold background color based on split screen state 
After this cl, task background will have the same color of the split
divider when the fold/unfold animation happens while in splitscreen.

For all other cases, the behaviour is the same as before.

Before this cl, the task background and split divider had different
colors that didn't match.

2. checked the colors match
3. went to single app
4. checked the color was the original one
