cfba8c8c6e Use ComponentCallbacks instead of ConfigurationChangeListener 
Test: manual - have a bubble, expand it, change the theme, check
               that the manage button & contents is in correct theme
               along with the overflow button & contents and flyout
             - repeat above with font size, display size, density,
               and RTL and verify bubble UI elements update for those
               changes

3e42859742 Report folding features to letterboxed apps. 
Folding features were filtered out from letterboxed apps because we
assumed that letterboxed apps did not want to optimize. We have found
apps do want to support folding features but may also request fixed
orientation for their experience. We are removing the filter so that
letterboxed apps will get folding feature information.

34d34e0a81 Ignore touches outside of Udfps Overlay bounds 
Udfps overlay is fullscreen so unnecessary ellipse checks can be removed
by only checking touches that are within the overlay bounds (bottom half
of screen). These touches are likely way off from the sensor.

cccaa69999 [Ongoing call] Limit the chip background size to the status bar height. 
Needed so that ag/23021476 doesn't cause the ongoing call chip
background to be cropped.

4aa89e189d send SoundTriggerFailure when enrollment prempts session 
DSP model enrollment preempts the running SoundTrigger session by
asynchronously stopping an ongoing session. This change makes sure the
client is notified when the enrollment process changes session state.

fd27baff34 Add isActiveUnlockRunning 
Add isActiveUnlockRunning and onIsActiveUnlockRunningChanged, in order to
track when active unlock is available on the device or not. Listeners
are notified if the value is true on subscription.

c3b80dc70b Fixes concurrent display test flakiness 
Registers a DisplayManager listener if the
rear display is not yet available when we
get into the concurrent display state. This could
occur if we are notified that we are now in the
concurrent display state while DisplayManager is still
in the process of configuring itself for this state.
