59ea47e0ab Log Monitor condition updates to TableLogBuffer. 
This change introduces a plugin interface for TableLogBuffer so Monitor,
which is under the shared/ target, can communicate through it and log
condition updates in a table format.

cfc7d52231 fix(non linear font scaling)!: fix QS text being cut off when 200% font scaling 
Originally the QS tile height is fixed to 80dp and may contain 2 textViews in tile content. When font scaling changed to 200%, the height from 80dp is not enough for the textViews. Therefore, in TileLayout, we estimate the needed height for the tile under given font scaling, and compare with the height from resources/dimens. The larger height would become the exact tile height, to have a proper tile height for full tile content view.

79744b4cbb Bypass instant app resolution when NON_BROWSER specified 
This change bypasses instant app navigation when the caller provides the
non-browser flag on an intent. Instant resolution is a stand-in for the
browser and when an instant app fails to install or similar, the
fallback to browser would fail with this flag present.

734a40cf8f Warn the user when a streamed app requests authentication 
When a user is streaming an app running on a VirtualDisplay owned by a
VirtualDevice, and that app requests authentication via the
BiometricPrompt api, the streamed view of the app appears frozen and
the user may not understand that they need to go to their phone to
complete the authentication. This CL adds a toast we show in this
situation to help the user know what to do.
