Subject: [PATCH] Mark accessed time to promote overflow bub to stack

Fixes: 158773176
Test: manual
        1) Have 5 bubbles in stack and some in overflow
        2) Tap overflow bubble
           => See that it is now first (left) in stack
           => Oldest stack bubble gets overflowed
