Validate user-supplied tree URIs in DocumentsProvider calls

Currently we only validate DocumentsContract.EXTRA_URI, this change
validates other URIs suchs as DocumentsContract.EXTRA_TARGET_URI and
DocumentsContract.EXTRA_PARENT_URI as well
