To enable scroll function at DatePickerDialog

Symptom:
Some date is truncated so can't be selected when setting
display size as large.

Root cause:
For DatePickerDialog can not scroll, not be displayed depending
on the display size.

Solution:
To enable scroll function at DatePickerDialog
