Rename ErrorCode

Browse Source 
Renamed ErrorCode from ERROR_EUICC_GSMA_INSTALL_ERROR to
ERROR_INSTALL_PROFILE, and updated javadocs
Bug: 143107744
Test: atest EuiccManagerTest
