040ea8c20e sm7125-common: bluetooth: Push×pop PROPERTY_VALUE_MAX in buildcfg header

4c64392986 sm7125-common: Import BT config header 
* Straight from CAF (as per LA.UM.6.3.r4-04300-sdm845.0),
   with BTM_DEF_LOCAL_NAME unset so that ro.product.model
   is used instead.
